FAQ's

What payment methods do you accept?

At the moment our Company policy allows our customer to pay order through PAYPAL ACCOUNT OR CREDIT CARD (VISA, MASTER CARD, AMEX, APPLEP-PAY, GPAY etc).


Do you ship internationally? How much is shipping?
Yes we do! The international shipping is FREE!

How long will it take to receive my order?

Processing time: 1-2 days after placing an order.


Shipping time:
- US orders: 1-2 weeks
- International orders: 3-4 weeks, but can take longer. Please, bear in mind that your purchase is being shipped overseas, be patient and allow some time for the item to arrive.

What about possible custom fees?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country (very rarely this happens).

I ordered multiple items, WHY did I only receive one?

We ship our products from different warehouses, so when you order multiple items at a time they will be probably shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all your items at the same time.

Can I cancel my order and get my money back, please?

Orders can be canceled before the shipment. Once the item is shipped out, we will not accept the cancellation or exchange items anymore. If you contact us quickly enough, we will be able to cancel your order and refund your money back.


Full refund is possible if you receive factory defect item then contact us immediately! (You will have to prove it by sending photo to our support team at support@ad-zeal.com

Can I return my item?

No worries! Contact us right away and we'll help guide you through the process.
(To complete your return, you have to fit conditions above and also we require a receipt or proof of purchase.)

Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, there are strictly no refunds UNLESS there are defects in the products. If there is, please inform us within a WEEK OF RECEIVING. In that case, we would be happy to help find resolution for the issue!
